Over the last year Garrett and I have treasured the many conversations with these two around a backyard fire or meal. We chat about adventures in Thailand, our love for the outdoors, the crazy pyro tendencies of the men when they were boys, and the best places to eat in town. We have shared our stories of how God has been at work in our lives, and our hopes and big dreams for the future of our families and city.

 The story of their family has gained a handsome new addition, their son Josiah! I spent some time with them oohing and awing over their precious bundle and cutest ever nursery while he yawned and squirmed and did all the sweet little things newborns do! You two are already excellent parents, he is lucky to be loved by you!
