Clover’s Annual Fall Portraits 2019 | Tacoma, WA Family Photographer | Heather Hurt Photography

You all know by now how much I love Clover’s Annual Fall Portrait Day!!! This year we took her somewhere she could run on the trails and sniff and… try to hide from us. Haha “If I can’t see them, they can’t see me!” Righhhhhhhht…..

It was warm and sunny, almost summer-like. Not much for fall colors, but I didn’t mind one bit. She was the main point anyway, not the leaves! If you missed last year’s fall goodness with my sweet spunky girl, make sure to check them out here!

Clover actually hates fall portrait day. She gets quite grumpy when she knows sitting for treats just means more shutter clicks. What would this photo shoot be without her yearly grump face?! She is on to us.  I do feel a bit bad though, every time, so we definitely let her run free and play and sniff some too! I love her curious sweet face as she listens to the other birds and dogs in the distance. And she gave in to some of our bribes because, well, treats are delicious. Smart and stubborn. Just the way we like her…
